Our vision is to become the most reliable healthcare technology solutions partner in in the world, and we achieve that through four values — humility, accountability, being solutions-oriented, and having a sense of urgency.

We’re a technology solutions partner for B2B SaaS companies and healthcare providers. We develop technological solutions for administrative tasks, as we believe reducing manual desk work is the best way to enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Andrei Ismail

CEO & co-founder

Andrei began as a software engineer automating his parents' business 20 years ago. He's our innovation anchor, leading engineering teams in big data, AI, and analytics projects.

Holdings a PhD in AI, Andrei's thesis on AI in Remote Patient Monitoring showcases his commitment to healthcare advancement. Formerly managing AI infrastructure at uberVU, his strategic vision is evident. Over the years, from working with healthcare clients and strategic partners, Andrei has developed a great network of thought leaders in healthcare.

A father of two, Andrei balances family commitment with love for martial arts. Join us as we chart the future of healthcare technology under Andrei's guidance.

Kirby J Winters

CISO

With over two decades of experience, Kirby is our adept Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), showcasing versatility across industries. As an interim CISO for a $20 billion bank in finance, he stabilized security programs. He initiated positive regulatory changes, maintaining an ongoing impact as an external expert consultant on the bank's Cyber Security Advisory Board. 

Kirby's expertise spans Technology Product Management, Information Security Certifications, Assessment & Due Diligence, Web Product Design, Mobile Application Development Management, and leadership roles as an Interim or Fractional CISO/CTO/CIO. 

Kirby, an Emory University Business graduate, founded the Information Security Practice at TechCXO in 2016. His team-based approach navigates clients through the complex world of compliance efficiently. Beyond his professional prowess, Kirby takes pride in solving complex problems and supporting team members respectfully and educationally.

Lavinia Codresi

Director of Project Management

With nearly a decade of experience, Lavinia, our Director of Project Management, has honed her skills in building and managing a business community offering services to C-level executives in healthcare. Her proficiency extends to sales and operations management for a specialized training center catering to this elite community. 

Bringing over six years of expertise in custom software development, she has dedicated three years as a Project Manager, focusing specifically on healthcare projects. Her portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed clients such as OnPoint Healthcare Partners and Lumistry.

Educationally, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management a Master's Degree in Marketing and has completed the Executive Management Program by ESCP Europe. With a strategic blend of business acumen and project management finesse, she ensures successful execution and client satisfaction in healthcare software development.

Anil Dasturi

Anil Dasturi

VP of Engineering

With 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Anil is leading our engineers to drive the development of innovative products and solutions to our clients in the healthcare Industry. His areas of expertise include software development, project management, and team leadership.

Anil is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s technical strategy, ensuring that engineering processes are aligned with business goals, and that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Prior to joining Vitamin Software, Anil held leadership positions at Endava & BF, where he successfully managed large-scale technology projects and led cross-functional teams. He has a strong background in regulated industries, like financial services and insurance.

Anil holds a Engineering Degree in Computer Science from JNTU, India and is a passionate advocate of Agile development, digital transformation, and diversity in tech. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, taking long walks, and spending time with family and friends. Also active as a  mentor and coach to youngsters.

Kinga Neagoe

Director of Operations

With an impressive background, Kinga, our Operations Maestro, brings over two years of experience as a Pricing Manager at HP Enterprise, where she approved prices for B2B customers in South-Eastern Europe. 

Collaborating closely with sales representatives and business unit directors, she ensured customer satisfaction and optimal profit margins. Her role expanded to over three years as a Contract Manager at Oracle, managing B2B customers across Europe. Here, she developed a deep understanding of what it takes to service a regulated healthcare industry; she skillfully drafted documentation, from master agreements to amendments, for deals ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 25 million. 

Her academic foundation includes an intensive Mathematics and Informatics profile in high school, complemented by a BA in Sociology and an MA in Research Sciences and Data Analysis.

Maria Tzompa

Director of Finance

Maria is our Financial Maven. She is a seasoned finance and accounting professional, boasting expertise in reconciliations, AP/AR, reporting, and P&L analysis. With a focus on integrity and accomplishment, she excels in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, calculating the impact of both financial and non-financial terms. Holding a Project Management Professional Certification and a Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University, her educational background underscores her commitment to excellence.

Her skills extend to leading financial software implementations, including Hubble Planning software and the Fixed Assets module of JDE World. Notably, she spearheaded projects to automate financial processes, enhancing efficiency. Her invaluable contributions to successful J.D. Edwards implementations demonstrate her prowess in navigating complex financial systems.

Beyond her financial expertise, our Director of Finance brings a personal touch to her role – she's also a wedding planner, showcasing her dedication to meticulous planning and execution. Join us as we navigate the financial intricacies of healthcare software development under her adept guidance.

Paul Sullivan

Business Advisor

Paul Sullivan is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded, built and led a number of technology ventures in the US and Canada over the past 25 years. From bootstrapped startups to VC-backed companies, Paul guided these businesses to successful outcomes including a nine-figure IPO. Paul now spends much of his time helping early-stage founders and scale-up CEOs as a business coach, advisor and mentor, and currently chairs a not-for-profit board focused on helping founders become better leaders.

When he's not working with future business leaders, Paul can usually be found on his tractor or in a horse stall on his sport-horse farm.

Financial Advisor

An is a financial maestro, spearheading transformative transactions within the intersection of healthcare and technology. She brings a wealth of experience to the intersection of finance and healthcare software development. 

Formerly at Beats by Dre, she orchestrated its acquisition by Apple—the largest in Apple's history. As CFO at Callisto Media, she played a strategic role in its acquisition by Penguin Random House, emphasizing her knack for innovative financial solutions. 

Educated at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Marquette University, her academic foundation is as strong as her practical know-how. Serving on advisory boards for select companies, our CFO is deeply committed to making a difference personally and professionally. 

jeremy schwach

Jeremy Schwach

Advisor

Jeremy Schwach is an entrepreneur and executive with experience building and scaling strong teams. He founded his first profitable company as a freshman at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, which funded his volunteer work in the townships of Cape Town, South Africa. Later as an executive at Epic, the EMR giant, Jeremy ran large implementations and served on the implementation executive team.

Jeremy joined Bluetree’s founders in 2013 as CEO, and led the company through nine years of rapid growth, building the company from 4 to over 600 employees and partnering with all 10 of the top health systems in the country. In 2019 Jeremy sold the company to Tegria, a for-profit subsidiary of $25b+ Providence Health. Jeremy led the inorganic growth effort at Tegria and in 2021 was awarded Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice top 10 US CEOs in the small & medium companies’ category.

In 2023, Jeremy launched Hummingbird Healthcare in partnership with the University of Colorado Health. Hummingbird offers a new type of vertically integrated AI-enabled outsourcer which it calls Patient Access as a Service. The company has raised $40m since inception and already has over 200 employees.

In his free time, Jeremy invests in early-stage technology and services companies, serves on the boards of cela (innovation services) and TheraManager (behavioral health tech), advises a variety of technology and services companies, and works with PE on business strategy and diligence activities. Jeremy is also an advisor and benefactor of the workforce development firm Coop Careers and is a padel enthusiast.

Jaz is a highly versatile professional with a proven track record in operational excellence and creating high-performing, agile teams. His extensive experience in health data and technology spans privacy, improvement, and reporting. Jaz is adept at building solutions for both industry and government, showcasing a unique skill set in privacy, security, compliance, and interoperability.

A core value that Jaz embodies is evident in her philosophy: "If our solution added more work to your day, we did it wrong."
